NOTICE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE TELEASSISTANCE SERVICE DR. LUIS DARIEL MARTINEZ MARTINEZ
CLAUSES
FIRST. -The user who requires the services must provide the required personal and social data, as well as accept the conditions of our Privacy Notice, which can be consulted athttps://www.drluisdariel.com/
SECOND. -The purpose of the Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez Telecare service is to guide and help users through advice via the web, WhatsApp, telephone line, email, video call and by any means of communication that Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez deems convenient, without any responsibility for it for any type of technical failure that may occur.
THIRD. -The client acknowledges and accepts that the advice and guidance provided by the Teleassistance service is under their own responsibility.
QUARTER. -The client acknowledges and accepts that the advice and guidance provided by the Telecare service is not equivalent to a Medical Consultation, therefore, Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez is released from any type of responsibility for any result or prejudice that is generated derived from said service.
FIFTH. -The client undertakes to cover the concept of bonus for the guidance and advice received.
SIXTH. -The price of the bonuses will be for the amount of $650.00 (Six hundred and fifty pesos 00/100 MN) which may be made by cash deposit, bank deposit and/or electronic transfer, as well as by the means deemed convenient to the account number ----- of the bank ---- in the name of Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez, said payment will be made prior to receiving the Teleassistance services.
SEVENTH. -Teleassistance Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez will not be responsible for the improper use of tasks, recommendations, activities and work carried out by the user.
EIGHTH. -This contract is of a commercial nature, and there is no labor relationship between the client and/or user and the Dr. Luis Dariel Martínez Martínez Teleassistance service, which will be governed by applicable laws within Mexican territory, as well as the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Coahuila.
